Today was my second work day of my first mission trip. I had a great day! We are currently painting at the local boys and girls club. My group is trying to make it a place that the kids are happy to come to. Yesterday we got to play for a little while on a break from painting with the kids. While I was talking to the kids I thought that I was not really making any connections, but when we showed up today to work I was completely surprise. They were so excited that we had come back. The kids that I had wanted to talk to had come up to me and wanted to play! It truly made my day!
