Yesterday we experienced a moving exhibit at the Rosa Parks Museum in Montgomery and learned about the bus boycott it spurred led by Martin Luther King Jr. Also went to the Greyhound bus station where 20 college students who were in the Freedom Riders were brutally beaten for riding the busses together (black and white). Our theme this week is God's Upside down Kingdom. We having been working and praying for God's kingdom to come where there are places it still needs to.
